I never really had a need to have a bucket list until I realized chemotherapy side effects such as mild cognitive impairment (aka chemo brain) will go away over time. I was advised by my doctors to write things down until then. Occasionally I'll have a "lost of words" but that's why we have Google or spell check to help us get through our moments of disarray. I'm still amazed that I lost my sense of taste for several months. My taste buds were literally wiped clean which means I don't have cravings for McDonald's french fries but I do like an encased meat once in while.
