1. How many Michelin starred restaurants have you dined at?

This question comes up quite a bit during conversations. After several years of fine dining, I lost count so then I decided to create a list to keep track. Nine *** starred, twelve ** starred, and sixteen * starred restaurants. That's 37 in total across the globe.

2. Out of all the Michelin restaurants, which one is your favorite?

This is a hard question since I haven't dined at all of them. My decision varies by region. So far, the ones that stood out are: Tickets in Spain, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Tokyo and Paris, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London, Guy Savoy in Las Vegas and L'Arpege in Paris. I chose these particular restaurants because they all had at least one dish that was absolutely outstanding. It's what food dreams are made of.

3. Of the Michelin starred restaurants, how many are on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list?

This list has been around since 2002 but has started to get some notoriety from the press. To-date, 10 restaurants. Of the entire list of 100 (with or without Michelin stars), I've dined at 12.
